We are looking for customer service agents to work for an exciting project on behalf of a big brand of travelers.
* GERMAN native with high level of English
* FRENCH native with high level of English
* DUTCH native with high level of English
Answering telephone enquiries from travelers and hosts
Logging and follow up of Customer Information
Delivering high caliber Customer Service
* Full-time contract (39 hours/week)/ stable position
* Extensive Training and languages lessons (Spanish and English)
* Excellent and multilingual work environment
* Good prospects career
Working Hours - Mostly weekdays between 9am and 10pm (we have several shifts to cover the 13 hours of service) but we might occasionally ask for working weekends (no more than twice a month)
* Be a GERMAN/FRENCH native. Along with a high level of English.
* Have excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
* Be flexible
* Have good keyboard data entry skills and computer literacy
* Be a team player
* Have experience within the travel industry or a keen interest in travel is a plus
