Credit Suisse is expanding its Fund Services footprint in Wroclaw, Poland. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Corporate Actions and Security Set Up team in Wroclaw.
Processing agents are responsible for ensuring the timely and accurately processing of inbound transactions. He/she is responsible for tasks explicitly related to fund accounting trade capture process, resolution of issues and responding to queries. This is a senior specialist role, aimed at individuals with certain degree of experience and expertise in the process, willing to further develop their careers in Fund Accounting services.
We expect the candidate to be able to perform the following activities:
Perform defined controls and processes related to funds' transaction activity, properly booking inbound trades on a various asset classes and resolving any errors occurring in a process.
Respond to queries to clients, auditors, Fund Accounting in a timely manner.
Raise issues to team supervisor and on-site team in Luxembourg and Zurich.
Support team supervisor in identifying areas of improvements, updating operational procedures and checklist for new processes and funds and on-site staff in resolution of issues, client queries etc.
Support implementation of organization strategy and department wide projects.
Update Management Information Systems (MIS), KPIs and KRIs.
Participate in training to expand end to end Fund Services knowledge.
Working hours: start either at 5:00 or at 7:00.
Open to discussing flexible/agile working.
You have 2-3 years of experience in Fund Accounting/Fund Administration functions.
You have deep understanding of trading exchange and over-the-counter traded securities process, including execution and settlement would be beneficial.
You have university degree/higher education in economics, and/or accounting/financial management.
Experience in managing teams and multiple processes within Fund Services industry would be an asset.
You demonstrate knowledge of functions in the funds' value chain (e.g. Depositary, TA, etc.).
You have understanding of financial markets instruments such as Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives.
Knowledge of various regulations governing investment funds is a requirement.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment is desirable.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills (English) and client communication/relationship skills.
