For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game
provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part
of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the
role – AV Manager – Broadcast and Media Equipment Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Set up, test, and maintain cutting-edge audio-visual equipment for video production,
broadcast, and interactive media;
*Operate and monitor AV systems during live broadcasts and special projects;
*Quickly troubleshoot and repair technical issues to keep production running smoothly;
*Develop and install custom AV circuits and hardware solutions;
*Ensure workplace safety while following instructions from creative directors and colleagues;
*Collaborate closely with your team and other departments to deliver high-quality productions;
*Stay up to date with the latest AV technology, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements:
*Willingness to complete hands-on training in Europe (90 days in Romania, 90 days in Serbia
– flights and accommodation covered);
*Strong knowledge of photography, video production, and AV equipment, including cameras,
switchers, and SDI infrastructure;
*Experience in electronic engineering and live chroma keying;
*Excellent IT, project management, and creative problem-solving skills;
*Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills;
*Attention to detail, time management, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm under pressure;
*Good color vision and hearing for working safely with AV equipment.
