DESCRIPTION
Role Overview:

In Partner.Co we are seeking a customer service advisor to join our team. As a CSA, you will offer advice and guidance to our customers, process purchase orders and assist customer queriese. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills and strive to exceed customer expectations.
To be successful as a CSA, you should be a Partner.Co brand ambassador, resourceful, energetic and detail-oriented person. Outstanding CSA add value to the customer experience and can solve any issues to the customer’s satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Helping customers by providing advice, guidance and excellent customer service in a genuine, fun and interactive manner.
  • Always provide first class customer satisfaction and do whatever is necessary to support our customers via phone line and digital channels,
  • Ensure correct presentation of the customer’s corporate and brand images in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions of sales in all channels.
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies.
  • Apply best practices from other experiences or departments
  • Identify potential sales opportunities from customers who contact customer service
  • Record any interaction in the CRM following the corresponding procedures.
  • Advising customers on suitable substitutes for dated, discontinued or unavailable products.
  • Reporting customer Issues, website errors or other issues that can affect the service to Management immediately.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Friendly, energetic, genuine and outgoing personality.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to communicate, professionally, and concisely oral and written.
  • Ability to read and understand information and take direction.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic excel, word and outlook skills and computer skills.
  • Previous experience in stores or cs sales support desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
OFFER
What do we offer?  

  • Full time (39h) contract, from Monday to Friday   9am-6pm
  • 20.972,98 euros Salary gross/year + 2000 euros bonus gross/year

Scope:


The Partner.Co CS will cover the specified countries and products as per the job offer. This role requires close collaboration with their market’s colleagues to ensure consistency and accuracy in the knowledge management process as well as close communication with their direct manager as well as the global structure located in Barcelona.
