The Responsibilities include:

- Communication with clients on email, chat;

- Providing information or solutions for different clients requests;

- Administrating specific system, used in the project.

- Ability to communicate freely in English and Italian;

- Passion for providing customer service;

- Self-driven personality and ability to multitask; 

- Is a problem solver and is able to flex to different customer profiles.
