Our client, an exciting multinational with over 200,000 employees worldwide, currently has the opportunity for a native English speaker to join their customer care team. This is a dynamic, interesting role where no two days are the same. You will be corresponding with customers by phone and email, providing world class service to help them book anything from business trips to dream vacation spots.
This is the perfect opportunity for retail workers looking for a step up, or experienced customer care providers who would like to work with hospitality. Full training is provided – all you need are people skills!
English is the language of work in the company’s Lisbon, Portugal offices. Your new workplace will be a multicultural melting pot, with over 8000 employees from over 82 nationalities, so they’re used to helping new employees settle in – they offer paid flights, airport pick-up, free accommodation and utilities, as well as helping you sort everything you need to start your new life in Portugal.
This is a 12-month contract, but if you want to stay longer, the company’s dedicated career progression program will ensure you continue to gain valuable experience.
• Native English speaker (!);
• European nationality or visa for Portugal (!);
• Experience in customer service support (a plus, but not essential)
• Available and flexible;
• Ability to work in a team and alone;
• Excellent problem solver skills;
