Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media
- Support users with account registration and login issues
- Troubleshoot streaming quality buffering and playback problems
- Assist with app installation device compatibility and settings
- Help customers manage subscriptions payments and billing questions
- Support subscription changes pauses and cancellations
- Collect and share user feedback to improve services
- Ensure high quality support and timely responses across all channels
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and customer focused mindset
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Comfortable handling technical troubleshooting step by step
- Able to work in a fast paced international environment
- Flexible to work rotational shifts
