Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €22,249 gross per year
About the role
If you’re a good listener who enjoys helping people and solving problems, this role could be a great fit.
You’ll be supporting customers of a leading travel company. Your job is to understand what customers need, guide them through issues, and make sure they have a smooth experience. You’ll act as a link between international travellers and accommodation providers around the world.
Most of your work will involve handling questions about bookings, payments, or technical issues, both by phone and email.
What you’ll be doing
Listen to customers and identify their needs
Provide clear and accurate information
Handle questions about services, payments, and technical issues
Communicate with accommodation partners when needed
Follow internal processes and maintain high service standards
What we’re looking for
Native or C2-level Danish and strong English
Clear communication skills, both spoken and written
Comfortable using tools like Office 365 and CRM systems
A practical, solution-focused mindset
Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
Goal-oriented and adaptable to change
Interest in travel or accommodation platforms
Previous customer service experience is a plus

What you’ll get
Contract & schedule
Full-time: 38.5 hours per week
Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00 (Monday to Sunday)
2 days off per week
Temporary contract to start, with the possibility of becoming permanent
