Overview
We are looking for a Danish speaking Customer Service Representative to support a leading global travel company. You will help international travelers and accommodation partners by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
  • Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
  • Support travelers and accommodation suppliers with service, payment, and technical issues.
  • Follow set processes and maintain high service standards.
  • Mediate between customers and partners when needed.

Requirements

  • Danish at C2 level and strong English.
  • Confident communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Comfortable using Office 365, CRM tools, and internal platforms.
  • Problem solving mindset and a positive, steady attitude.
  • Goal driven and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Interest in accommodation or travel platforms.
  • Experience in customer service or a contact center is an advantage.

What We Offer

  • 38.5 hour weekly contract, Monday to Sunday, with two days off.
  • Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00.
  • Temporary contract with the option to move to a permanent one.
  • 27 working days of holiday per year.
