Overview
We are looking for a Danish speaking Customer Service Representative to support a leading global travel company. You will help international travelers and accommodation partners by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
- Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
- Support travelers and accommodation suppliers with service, payment, and technical issues.
- Follow set processes and maintain high service standards.
- Mediate between customers and partners when needed.
Requirements
- Danish at C2 level and strong English.
- Confident communication skills, written and spoken.
- Comfortable using Office 365, CRM tools, and internal platforms.
- Problem solving mindset and a positive, steady attitude.
- Goal driven and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Interest in accommodation or travel platforms.
- Experience in customer service or a contact center is an advantage.

What We Offer
- 38.5 hour weekly contract, Monday to Sunday, with two days off.
- Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00.
- Temporary contract with the option to move to a permanent one.
- 27 working days of holiday per year.
