Danish-Speaking Ads Onboarding Account Manager

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

Hours: Full-time, 39 hrs/week

Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 in bonus

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, client-focused Danish-Speaking Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor for new clients, helping them launch high-performing PPC campaigns that deliver both immediate results and long-term growth.

You’ll be the voice of our digital marketing services — building relationships, understanding business goals, and designing strategic campaigns that make an impact in the Nordic market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and strong campaign performance.
  • Develop and optimize PPC campaigns designed for measurable impact and long-term results.
  • Make outbound calls to introduce services, understand client goals, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and drive increased ad spend.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer data in CRM tools.
  • Manage a high volume of daily client interactions via phone and email.
REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • Education: BA/BS degree (Master’s in Marketing or Communications preferred).
  • Languages: C2 Danish and C1 English required; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 20 months in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles, ideally within a digital marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet goals independently.
  • Comfortable using AI and CRM tools to optimize outreach and performance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and market data.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Nordic Market Expertise
  • Deep understanding of Nordic business culture, market dynamics, and client expectations.
  • Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and building trust with key stakeholders.
  • Able to discuss ROI, campaign integration, and advanced advertising topics confidently.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).
  • Adaptable outreach strategies that respect regional values and compliance requirements.
