Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €22,249 gross/year

As a Customer Support Advisor for a leading company, you’ll support international travellers and accommodation partners by understanding their needs and providing clear, practical solutions. You’ll play a key role in delivering a consistently high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
Understand and assess customer needs
Act as a link between travellers and accommodation providers worldwide
Provide accurate information on services, payments, and technical matters
Follow internal processes to resolve cases efficiently
Requirements
Native or near-native Danish (C2) and advanced English
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Comfortable using PC tools (Office 365, CRM systems, internal platforms)
Problem-solving mindset with a solution-focused approach
Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
Goal-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities
Interest in travel or accommodation platforms
Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is a plus

Contract & Working Conditions
Full-time: 38.5 hours/week (Monday to Sunday)
Fixed working hours with 2 days off per week
Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00
Temporary contract with the opportunity to become permanent
27 working days of paid holiday per year

REQUIREMENTS
Must already live in Barcelona
Fluent Danish (C2 level) and strong English (C1 level)
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Comfortable using PC tools (Office 365, CRM systems, internal platforms)
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions
Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
Goal-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities
Interest in accommodation or travel platforms
Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus
