What will you do?
  • Provide customer support via phone and email
  • Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
  • Troubleshoot issues related to online purchases
  • Act as a point of contact for external sellers
  • Provide information about digital products
  • Escalate and reroute complex issues to relevant departments
  • Ensure a friendly and professional customer experience

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Team player with a proactive attitude

OFFER
  • Salary of €1,434.82 gross/month (without accommodation)
  • Salary of €1,313.32 gross/month (with accommodation option)
  • Remote work within Portugal
  • Full-time contract (40 hours per week)
  • Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00
