DESCRIPTION
Location: work from home in Portugal
Role: Dutch speaking Order Support Advisor
Salary: 1,360 euro gross per month (this does include the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus 150 euro gross p/m performance bonus potential
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 00:00.
We are currently hiring Dutch speaking Order Support Advisor to join a dynamic international team based in Portugal. This is a fully remote (home office in Portugal) position offering structured training and long-term career opportunities within a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers throughout their online order journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers with order-related queries (delivery, shipping, returns, payments, refunds)
- Handling inbound and outbound contacts via phone, email, and chat
- Investigating shipping issues and coordinating with couriers and partners
- Reviewing order information and processing business-related requests
- Identifying and resolving complex issues, escalating when necessary
- Contributing to a high standard of customer satisfaction and team performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Previous customer service experience desired
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Stable and good internet if working from home (in Portugal)
