Dutch Speaking Sales Consultant
Location: Greece - work from home
Salary: €1,495 gross p/m ( this is €1,150 net per month) plus meal vouchers of €121 net p/m plus €30 net work from home allowance p/m plus uncapped commission (top performers earn an additional €500+ p/m extra)
Hours: Mon–Fri, between 10:00–20:00
Are you a Dutch or Flemish speaker who has a sales atttitude and is target driven? This is an exciting opportunity to join an international contact centre in Greece where you will work from your own home and where you will conduct outbound sales calls to consumers.
The role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our outbound sales team, specialising in energy contract acquisition. This is a target-oriented role involving both lead conversion and opportunity creation through proactive outreach and referrals.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers using a provided database that includes both cold and warm leads.
- Make an impact within the first 20 seconds of the call through confident, persuasive communication.
- Actively listen to customer needs, identify opportunities, and promote the benefits of switching energy providers.
- Close contracts for electricity or gas services and guide customers through digital contract signing.
- Promote and upsell additional services, including: Direct debit setup, Electronic invoicing (e-billing), Boiler maintenance plans
- Proactively generate new leads by asking current prospects for referrals and building a personal mini-database.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and demonstrate full commitment to achieving individual and team sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Dutch
- Confident communicator with strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Previous experience in a telesales or f2f sales role
