Remote role within Portugal
Dutch speaking Travel Advisor - work from home
Salary: salary package 1100 euro gross p/m (paid 14 p/a) plus 100 euro gross fixed monthly bonus (paid 11x pa) plus 7.63 euro net p/working day food vouchers
Working hrs: Monday to Friday between 7.30-17.00 | Weekends Off

What You’ll Do
- Support customers via phone, email, and online channels
- Assist with booking queries and travel-related questions
- Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution
- Handle routine customer requests professionally and efficiently
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Dutch and good English skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Experience in travel, tourism, or online booking is an advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently from home
