Bol.com is one of the largest e-commerce websites in the Netherlands. Also, it is the market leader in the field of online sales of books, entertainment products, electronic devices and toys. 

Visitors of the online department store have access to over 6 million products with just one mouse click, including new and second hand Dutch and international books, music, DVDs and games, notebooks, software, mobile phones, LCD and plasma televisions, e-readers with tens of thousands of e-books and a photo album service.

The job:

 

  • You will be part of a team, ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience over the phone and via e-mail.
  • Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
  • Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
  • Point of contact for external sellers; 
  • Provide information about digital products;
  • Escalation and rerouting of issues to other departments.

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient level of Dutch speaker
  • EU citizen
  • Located in Portugal
  • Good communication skills
  • CRUE and NIF (documents to work in Portugal)
  • Starting date in May
