DESCRIPTION
  • Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain internal ticketing systems in English.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Native-level Dutch (C2).
  • Good English skills (B2 or higher).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • EU citizenship, valid EU work authorization, or Portuguese citizenship.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon/Porto
