DESCRIPTION
- Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with technical issues, product inquiries, and pre-sales questions.

REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level Dutch (C2).
- Good English skills (B2 or higher).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EU citizenship, valid EU work authorization, or Portuguese citizenship.
- Clean criminal record.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon/Porto
