DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and chat. You'll help resolve customer inquiries, ensure a positive customer experience, and represent a globally recognized brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Your responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Document customer interactions and follow company procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level).
- Good English communication skills (B2 or higher).
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
