About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio of clients, helping them maximize the value of the company's software solutions and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure customers achieve long-term success while driving revenue through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

This is a fully remote position based in Málaga, Spain.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers
• Help clients maximize the value of software solutions, integrations, and payment products
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities
• Deliver product demonstrations and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs
• Monitor customer performance, engagement, retention, and revenue growth
• Proactively reduce churn by identifying risks and resolving customer challenges
• Negotiate renewals and commercial agreements while achieving revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent French and strong English communication skills
• Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, SaaS, or technology sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales, retention, or revenue targets
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
