DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about social media, have an eye for detail, and can diligently and accurately implement given guidelines? At the same time, are you drawn to working abroad and can envision continuing your professional career in the city of Lisbon?
We are seeking a French-speaking AI Analyst who will be responsible for keeping the social media world free from non-compliant content. In this role, you will work for the world's largest social media platform and ensure that users have a consistently positive networking experience.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated responses using detailed quality and annotation guidelines.
- Accurately label and annotate language model outputs with consistency and attention to detail.
- Assess content for quality, relevance, factual accuracy, safety, and policy compliance.
- Apply complex annotation guidelines across a wide range of scenarios and content types.
- Identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and potential issues, escalating them when necessary.
- Deliver high-quality work while meeting productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
- Review and analyze structured text, language data, and AI-generated content.
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in the target language, with excellent written communication skills.
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level or above).
- Mandatory: Strong understanding of Generative AI and/or Large Language Models (LLMs), AI annotation or evaluation platforms.
- Previous experience in AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, or similar analytical roles is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to make objective, evidence-based decisions.
- Ability to accurately interpret and consistently apply complex written guidelines and policies.
- Strong reading comprehension and written language skills, with the ability to evaluate structured text, datasets, and AI-generated content.
