Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or other communication channels in French.
Provide accurate, timely, and professional support to resolve customer questions and issues.
Investigate customer concerns and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Content Moderation
Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and community standards.
Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines.
Apply moderation policies consistently and accurately.
Escalate complex or sensitive moderation cases to the appropriate teams.
Stay informed about policy updates and apply them effectively.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive content with professionalism.
