Your Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers using medical devices.
Troubleshoot product and device-related issues.
Guide customers on product features and functionality.
Coordinate repair and replacement processes when required.
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.
Accurately document customer interactions while following company procedures and compliance standards.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 19:30
No weekend work
What We're Looking For
Fluency in French (C2) and English (B2).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
Previous customer service, technical support, or call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential.
