Game Presenter - English Speaking - No experience needed!

Our client— one of the biggest names in live casino entertainment — is opening doors at our flagship Sofia studio. We're hiring confident, English-speaking Game Presenters for full-time roles, and we're going to fly you in, set you up, train you up, and pay you to perform. Basic English needed - we have teachers onsite to help you improve!

Your job is to entertain. Run the table, explain the game, keep the energy high, banter with the audience, make every player feel like they're sitting at your table in real life. Think presenter meets host meets streamer — except the production team, the camera crew and the makeup artist are all there to make you look incredible.

A day in the life

●Arrive, get glammed up (yes — full professional hair & makeup every shift) ????

●Go live: present blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows — all the action ????

●Chat with players, keep the room energised, hit your marks like a TV pro ????

●Wrap, hang out with the international squad, head out into Sofia ????

The training is fully on us

Zero experience? Perfect. You get two weeks of fully paid training (thePresenter Academy) where we'll teach you everything: the games, the camera, the studio etiquette, the rules — all of it. Show up coachable; we'll do the rest.

Career — this is just the start

Game Presenter is the door, not the destination. Top performers move into Shuffler, Trainer, Shift Manager, Studio Manager — and from there into Marketing, HR, Design, Product, Finance and Tech inside one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry. The non-negotiables

●EU passport — this is a hard requirement (Bulgarian/EU citizenship only. ????????

●Fluent, conversational English — confident speaking on camera live ????️

●18+ and ready to relocate to Sofia within 4–6 weeks ✈️

●Comfortable on shifts: rotating 07:00–16:00 / 15:00–00:00 / 23:00–08:00 ⏰

Money ????

●Base net salary: 2,200 BGN / ~1,100 EUR per month

●+10% uplift on every weekend shift ????

●+25% uplift on every night shift ????

●+100% uplift on public holidays (double pay) ????

●Performance bonus up to 800 BGN / 400 EUR net per month from month 2 onwards ????

●One-time 1,000 BGN net bonus after 90 days — basically a sign-on for sticking around ????

Your fully-funded move ????

●3,000 BGN net relocation support, paid as 1,000 BGN/month on top of your salary for the first 3 months ????
