About the Role
Are you passionate about helping clients grow and succeed? Do you enjoy building strong relationships and finding practical ways to improve performance?
We’re looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to join a fast-paced company in the property and hospitality sector. In this role, you’ll support hosts after onboarding, help them optimize their accounts, and identify opportunities for growth. Your focus will be retention, satisfaction, and long-term success.
This is a client-facing role where relationship-building, organization, and solution-oriented thinking really matter.

What You’ll Do
Account Optimization & Retention
Manage and support newly onboarded and existing hosts.
Build long-term partnerships based on trust and proactive communication.
Address questions and challenges quickly and effectively.
Provide tailored recommendations to improve listing quality and overall account performance.
Drive retention by helping hosts grow sustainably on the platform.
Pipeline & Performance Management
Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage and track your accounts.
Maintain a structured pipeline of high-value accounts.
Consistently meet or exceed outreach targets and engagement KPIs.
Ensure steady progress toward growth goals across your portfolio.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Act as the Voice of the Customer by identifying trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with sales teams, program managers, and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to best practices and process improvements.
Stay up to date on industry trends and new tools.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Native or C2-level German and strong English skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in a performance-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts at once.
Confident written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Mixmax, or other customer success tools.
Background in hospitality, property management, or related industries.
Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving mindset.
Process improvement experience.
Entrepreneurial and proactive approach.
Ability to collaborate across teams and think critically.
Open-mindedness and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Office-based role with a gradual transition toward a hybrid model.
€30,000 gross annual salary + up to €3,500 performance bonus.
There is no relocation so candidates should already live in Barcelona
