German Speaking Ads Sales Account Manager

Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Salary:

€30,000 gross per year + up to €3,500 annual performance bonus

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic German-speaking Ads Sales Account Manager to manage high-value business clients across industries such as retail, travel, and other large-scale sectors. You’ll play a key role in building long-term partnerships, optimizing ad performance, and driving measurable marketing success through tailored Ads strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with large, high-revenue clients in industries such as retail and travel.
  • Provide strategic consultation on Ads campaigns, ensuring clients meet and exceed their marketing objectives.
  • Analyze performance data to offer insights, identify opportunities, and drive campaign improvements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and follow-ups to track success and maintain strong client engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients to align advertising strategies with broader business goals.
  • Deliver expert advice on advanced Ads tools and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted partner focused on long-term value and sustainable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Native or C2 level of German and high proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Ads and digital marketing concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills.
  • Confident working with data to drive insights and performance improvements.
