German-Speaking Ads Sales Account Manager

Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €30,000 gross/year + up to €3,500 gross/year bonus

Contract: Full-time (39 hours/week), hybrid

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced German-speaking Ads Sales Account Manager to work with high-value clients in the digital advertising space. You’ll manage and grow long-term relationships with larger businesses, mainly in retail, travel, and other high-revenue sectors.

This role is consultative and strategic. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business goals, design tailored advertising strategies, and help them achieve sustainable growth through Ads solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and act as their trusted Ads advisor
  • Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns to improve performance and ROI
  • Provide strategic, long-term recommendations rather than short-term fixes
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure strategies are implemented and delivering results
  • Translate client business goals into effective Ads solutions
  • Educate clients on advanced Ads features and best practices
  • Build strong, long-term relationships focused on value and growth
REQUIREMENTS

What You Bring

  • BA/BS in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Native or C2-level German and a high level of English
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and Ads platforms
  • Experience working with larger clients, ideally in retail, travel, or similar sectors
  • Ability to hold strategic, consultative conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
