Base salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 bonus

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist to support the growth of businesses in the German market. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them launch and optimize high-performing Google Ads / PPC campaigns while driving revenue growth through consultative sales.
You will manage a high volume of client interactions, combining sales, onboarding, and account optimization in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Advisory
Onboard new clients and understand their business goals
Design and support performance-driven PPC strategies
Ensure strong campaign setup for immediate and long-term impact
Sales & Revenue Growth
Conduct outbound calls to engage and convert German businesses
Upsell and expand existing client campaigns
Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts
Account Management
Manage a large portfolio of clients and prospects
Maintain accurate CRM records and track all client interactions
Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship development
Performance & KPIs
Meet and exceed individual sales and performance targets
Work in a structured KPI-driven environment
Market Expertise
Understand the German digital marketing landscape
Apply cultural and business knowledge to build trust and credibility
Ensure GDPR-compliant communication and outreach
Requirements
Native-level German (C2) and strong English communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (Marketing/Communications preferred)2+ years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or account management (preferred)
Strong interest in digital advertising and PPC/Google Ads
Comfortable with outbound sales and target-driven environments
Analytical mindset with ability to discuss ROI and performance metrics
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital workflows
Understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Ads or performance marketing
Strong understanding of the German business environment
Experience working in high-volume sales environments
Interest in AI tools and automation in sales workflows
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
