German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist - Sofia Bulgaria

Dunross is partnering with a leading international outsourcing company to recruit German-speaking talent for their customer experience hub in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our client is one of the largest employers in the customer experience industry in the region, supporting world-renowned brands across technology, e-commerce, gaming, finance, healthcare and consumer products.

    • Deliver high-quality support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat and social channels.

    • Handle product, account and service enquiries with professionalism and empathy.

    • Troubleshoot issues, find solutions and escalate complex cases where needed.

    • Use CRM and ticketing tools to accurately log every interaction.

    • Meet quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction targets.

    • Contribute ideas to improve processes and the customer experience.

    • Fluent German (C1 / native level) – spoken and written.

    • Good working English (B1 – B2) for internal communication and training.

    • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

    • Computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems at once.

    • Willingness to work in shifts (depending on the project).

    • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Bulgaria.

    • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we welcome career-starters and career-changers.

    • Gross monthly salary of €1,500 – €1,750, plus performance-based bonuses.

    • €1,500 signing bonus for candidates joining on the 5 June start date.
