About the Role
An established international company based in central Madrid is looking for a motivated and energetic German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-focused professional who enjoys speaking with people, building strong relationships, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will engage with individuals through outbound calls, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process. You will be responsible for creating positive customer experiences while consistently delivering strong sales results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to individuals in German-speaking markets
  • Build trust and develop strong relationships with customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to conversion
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM system
  • Deliver a professional and engaging experience throughout every interaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues in an international and team-oriented environment
  • Stay up to date with products, services, and sales techniques
Requirements
  • Native-level German, both spoken and written
  • Good English communication skills
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, outbound calling, customer acquisition, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working towards targets and performance metrics
  • Experience using CRM systems is beneficial
  • Positive, resilient, and self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to work on-site in central Madrid
  • Open to relocating to Madrid
  • Candidates relocating to Spain must be able to independently arrange and obtain any required documentation, permits, or legal requirements necessary to work and reside in Spain

  • €30,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly performance bonus of €500+
