 Maps Data Analyst (Full-Time, On-Site – Lisbon)

As a Maps Data Analyst, you will validate, refine, and enrich map-related data to ensure users receive accurate and reliable information. Your work directly impacts how millions of people navigate and discover places every day.

Contract Type: Full-time
Location: On-site at LACS Santos, Lisbon
Project: Map content and data quality improvement for a global technology client

Role Description

As a Maps Data Analyst, you will review tickets submitted by internal teams and map users, focusing on improving and updating attributes of locations displayed on the map. Using internal tools, web research, and user-generated content (such as comments and photos), you will:
Validate and correct map data for places and points of interest
Update key attributes including names, categories, addresses, geocodes, business hours, and more
Identify missing, outdated, or incorrect information and apply the necessary updates
Ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple markets and data sets
Run tests and provide feedback on newly introduced procedures, tools, and workflows
Maintain high-quality standards by following defined guidelines and operational processes
Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will be essential in supporting the enhancement of map accuracy and overall user experience.

What We’re Looking For

Native‑level written and spoken communication skills
Fluency in English
0–2 years of experience in BPO operations, maps projects, data validation, content moderation, or web research
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and completeness
Ability to analyze large sets of data and deliver clear, structured results
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, collaborative approach with strong team spirit
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving tools, processes, and operational workflows
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
Valid legal work permit for Portugal
