DESCRIPTION

Within Tesco Business Services & Technology Customer & Product function provides support for the Central European Commercial buying teams. Our team in Budapest works together with the Buyers, Buying assistants, Category managers as well as other, connected parts of the retail business in the area of Supplier listing and Invoice query management.

Collaboration in process of supplier induction and responsibility for Legal Due Diligence activity, working closely together with relevant teams within agreed timeframe (SLA) and defined quality standards.
Responsibility for the procedure of invoice checking and relevant clarification in case of deviation in price.
Process e-mails coming to shared mailbox and use relevant data storage or business operations systems (e.g. Oracle)
Collaborate closely with the Buyers and Suppliers to ensure all requests are processed on time
Ensure that all transactions related to Buying Associate activities are delivered
Respond to queries from Suppliers and Product team
Regular follow-up activities on ongoing queries and open cases
Administration of team-mailboxes and reporting system
Ensure that data validation is accurately maintained
Deliver work base on standard operating procedures defined for each of these processes
Deliver agreed timelines, demonstrate speed and accuracy
Be accountable for all the activities and processes throughout the Area that are required and detailed in process description documents

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work accurately and consistently
Strong attention to details
Experience of balancing priorities in a changing environment to meet deadlines
Minimum High school education
Basic Computer Skills
Good logical skills
Solid experience of using MS Office tools (Outlook, Word & Power point), advanced skills in Excel
Upper-Intermediate English
1-2 years experience in similar role is a plus
Czech or Slovak language knowledge is an advantage
