DESCRIPTION

Hungarian Speaking Order Support Specialists – Office based or Remote within 60 minutes of Lisbon

Remote anywhere in Portugal

€1068 per month gross with free accommodation ie own room in shared apartment OR €1270 per month gross with no accommodation.

Our client is recruiting Hungarian Speaking Order Support Specialists, candidates can be located within 60 minutes of Lisbon.

Backoffice Responsibilities:

The core of the role involves handling customer inquiries, including:

  • Responding to inbound calls from customers who have replied to a callback request sent by our team
  • Conducting outbound calls (when necessary) to clarify information with customers

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle escalations from customer-facing colleagues and resolve complex issues related to online orders

* Ensure swift and fast resolution of problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase

* Liaise with partners to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction

* Perform investigations to make decisions that impact customer and partner relationships

* Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide updates on issue resolution

Requirements:

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.

* Ability to work under strict regulations and protocols

* Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and make decisions that impact customer and partner relationships
