About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Hungarian Speaking Support Specialist to join our international support team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will support customers throughout their online order journey, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling sensitive customer information.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for customer online orders throughout the full order lifecycle
Handle delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, refunds, and payment-related queries
Respond to inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and other channels
Review and manage order information and business-related requests
Interact with customers, couriers, financial institutions, and internal departments
Ensure compliance with PCI and GDPR regulations when handling confidential information
Identify and analyze complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Accurately document all actions and customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and KPIs
Requirements
Native or fluent Hungarian language skills
Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level)
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer support, back-office, or administrative roles
Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is an advantage
Experience working with sensitive or confidential information
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Working Schedule
Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 24:00
Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
8-hour working shifts plus 1-hour lunch break
