Provide customer support to Italian customers of a very well known fashion brand
REQUIREMENTS
Computer literacy;
Customer orientation;
Formal and polished language;
Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
Previous experience in a call center (valued);
Native or near native level Italian (mandatory);
Knowledge of English (valued).
