What will you do?
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening
- Recommend suitable products based on customer usage, budget, and preferences
- Promote complete solutions through upselling, cross-selling, and accessory recommendations
- Explain product features, compatibility, and benefits clearly
- Manage objections confidently and guide customers toward purchase decisions
- Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction, compliance, and sales performance
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Stay up to date with new product launches and updates
- Deliver a premium customer experience in every interaction

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Italian (C1) with a good level of English for internal communication
- Must be locally based in Portugal with a stable internet connection suitable for remote work
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or contact center environments is preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Results-driven mindset with experience working toward targets and quality standards
- Interest in technology and ability to quickly learn product ecosystems
- Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Adaptable, resilient, and accountable with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment
