What will you do?
-Log all inbound and outbound contacts and update customer records
-Perform technical troubleshooting with customers
-Support customer orders by providing relevant information
-Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
-Build strong, professional relationships with customers and show empathy
-Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
Candidate profile
-Native-level Dutch with fluent English (C1)
-Willingness to work in Lisbon, Portugal
-EU citizenship or valid work visa
-Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
