Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
Compensation Options
- Option 1: €1,050 gross/month + free accommodation (private room in shared apartment/house, including allowances in the Lisbon area)
- Option 2: €1,270 gross/month (if accommodation not required, includes allowances)
Candiatees msut have permission to work in Portugal, either EU passport or residence card.
About the Role
As an Operations Customer Expert I on our Application Developer Support team, you’ll provide technical and policy-related assistance to developers using our client’s platforms. You’ll handle inquiries via email and chat, resolve complex escalations, and communicate clearly and empathetically to ensure developer concerns are fully addressed.
What You’ll Do
- Handle and resolve developer escalations or appeals regarding app-related actions.
- Explain complex technical and policy issues in simple, clear language.
- Conduct detailed research to ensure accurate and policy-compliant resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with developers and internal teams to resolve complex cases.
- Review and maintain developer documentation for accuracy and clarity.
- Understand and explain technical concepts (e.g., APIs, APKs, Bootloader, Doze, NFC).
- Proofread and edit communication materials for professional quality.
- Represent the developer perspective with strong policy knowledge and empathy.
Note: This role may require certification and periodic testing to ensure mastery of policies.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support or developer relations.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with developer platforms and solid understanding of policy frameworks.
- Excellent command of Russian and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch)

- Rotating schedule between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
