Russian Speaking Gaming Customer Service
Remote, Portugal (Lisbon)

Compensation
Option 1: €1,050 gross per month + free accommodation (private room in a shared Lisbon-area apartment, all allowances included)
Option 2: €1,237 gross per month (no accommodation included, allowances included)

Owerview

Do you have experience in gaming and enjoy helping players? Join a support team representing one of the best-known gaming companies. You will assist Russian-speaking players from our Lisbon contact center while working remotely in Portugal.

Candidates must have an EU passport OR Portuguese Residence Card.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers through email and chat in Russian, and when needed, in English
  • Help with account and payment questions
  • Fix login and registration issues
  • Update or restore emails, phone numbers, and other account details
  • Handle hacked accounts and recover characters
  • Answer questions about the reward program
  • Provide information about tokens and pre-paid game cards
  • Resolve payment problems and process refunds
  • Manage customer data with care and professionalism

Note: Fluency in Russian and English, written and spoken, is required.

Working Hours

40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour), on a rotational shift pattern, covering 24/7 operations.
