Your Impact:
Detect and investigate suspicious activity, fraud attempts, and policy violations
Help maintain a secure and trustworthy online environment
Review content and ensure compliance with platform standards and community guidelines
Identify emerging risks and contribute to prevention strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety processes and enforcement measures
Analyze trends and provide valuable insights that support risk management decisions
Stay informed about the latest online threats, fraud patterns, and industry developments
What We're Looking For:
Fluent German and strong English communication skills
Previous experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk Analysis, Content Moderation, or a similar field is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently
Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive approach to challenges
Degree in Data Analysis or a related field is considered a plus
