What will you do?
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and geographic areas within the China market
  • Drive revenue by maximizing account potential and converting new business opportunities
  • Conduct proactive prospecting and lead generation within assigned markets
  • Execute site inspections and coordinate follow-ups for tentative bookings
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of competitors and market trends
  • Ensure timely and strategic contract negotiation, including SMART annual rate agreements
  • Represent the hotel in trade shows, sales blitzes, and regional workshops
  • Support budget preparation through data forecasting and performance analysis
  • Maintain up-to-date records in sales and contact management systems (SFA, OPERA)
  • Participate in the duty manager rota as required

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
  • Degree in Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role within luxury hospitality
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and professional responsiveness
  • Fluency in Mandarin mandatory (can be Cantonese)
