What will you do?
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and geographic areas within the China market
- Drive revenue by maximizing account potential and converting new business opportunities
- Conduct proactive prospecting and lead generation within assigned markets
- Execute site inspections and coordinate follow-ups for tentative bookings
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of competitors and market trends
- Ensure timely and strategic contract negotiation, including SMART annual rate agreements
- Represent the hotel in trade shows, sales blitzes, and regional workshops
- Support budget preparation through data forecasting and performance analysis
- Maintain up-to-date records in sales and contact management systems (SFA, OPERA)
- Participate in the duty manager rota as required
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Degree in Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role within luxury hospitality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and professional responsiveness
- Fluency in Mandarin mandatory (can be Cantonese)
