German Working Supervisor

Description

We are currently looking for a German Working Supervisor who will be at least 40% productive and 60% managing the team and performance and the day-to-day relationship with the Customer.

Responsibilities

Productive:
-Qualify and identify all decision makers and power sponsors in the prospect organization
-Capture all necessary contact information, name, title, phone, email etc.
-Qualify the prospect and affiliated companies
-Analyze the needs and requirements of target prospects
-Setup highly qualified phone/face-to-face appointments with decision makers
-Be able to articulate Customer's value proposition to prospects, inform prospect about USPs and be able to articulate value add of Customer solution via phone & email
-Meet/exceed desired goals of leads per month
-Provided a completed Target Account Profile from for each appointment that is secured
-Customer to provide a list of Target Accounts that Contractor will focus on securing appointments
-Follow up calling for invitations to events and after events
-Perform special lead generation tasks requested by Customer
-Execute on marketing campaigns
-Handover leads to sales & partner resources at Customer
-Liaise with Customer sales resources to provide lead information, feedback and any other support necessary to convert leads to opportunity, pipeline and in certain instances deals closed

Managing the team and performance:
-Management of the team in Barcelona
-Weekly Reports to Customer and CONTRACTOR
-Forecasting and pipeline reviews in CRM Tool or in consolidated report
-Planning and organizing daily business
-Risk mitigation
-Human resources / team building / team planning / workforce management
-Defining and setting training objectives with the involvement or approval of CUSTOMER
-Coaching Sales Reps and talent development in the program
-The communication between the team and CUSTOMER
-Working with the team to deliver against agreed targets

Requirements

Requirements

-German native speaker with fluent English
-B2B Sales experience
-One year experience as a sales team leader 
-High customer care knowledge
-High Communication and negotiation skills. 
-Ability to implement and manage change
-Self - confident, forward-looking, able to respond quickly and influence others
-Ability to establish trust business relationships. 
-Target achieving orientation.

Offer

We offer

-Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract
-Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
-Salary: 25.000 Euros gross/year + up to 4.000 Euros gross/year in bonus
