DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
- New Business Generation: Generate new business opportunities through strategic and targeted outbound prospecting into large companies, with a focus on building a robust sales pipeline.
- Project Management and Support: Assist with project management tasks and follow-up calls, leveraging an understanding of both business and technical aspects to support client needs effectively.
- Revenue and Sales Targets: meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Engagement and Success: Proactively inform customers about new product roadmaps, propose relevant upgrades, and guide them through strategic adoption paths. Address customer needs from both business and IT perspectives, ensuring a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong professional relationships with customers, partners, and internal colleagues to foster a collaborative working environment.
- CRM Adherence: Follow internal guidelines for customer relations management systems, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting to support organizational transparency and efficiency.
Main activities :
- Acquisition: prospecting, lead management (with qualification), demonstration for client (explain the product, show in live), managing conversion funnel from lead to sale
- Onboarding the client : customer journey (customer success, case management, questions from client), client renewal (afterwards, new product)
REQUIREMENTS
- German or Polish C2 + English B1
- Minimum 2 years in business development (outgoing)
- High school diploma required; University degree strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and perform data entry accurately.
- Proficient in outbound prospecting, quickly engaging new customers and effectively negotiating.
- Capable of convincing decision-makers and delivering clear product demonstrations.
- Demonstrated customer success skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts independently.
- Effective account management skills, including identifying key decision-makers, relationship building, and strategic planning.
