You will be part of Credit Suisse Controlling departments, supporting the senior management through the provision of accurate and reliable business data and analysis. The successful individual will have the opportunity to work in a complex international environment and contribute to the Finance capabilities of our Business Delivery Center in Wroclaw.


In SUB Finance Services Wroclaw we are a part of international financial controlling team providing strategic leadership across the Division in the development of the financial policy and execution of core financial processes.


Currently we are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, motivated and well organized individuals with solid technical profile to apply for a positions of:


  • Financial Controller in Cost Allocations team

  • Finance Business Partner (Controller) for Divisional Support Units




As Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

  • Standard and ad-hoc reporting on allocated costs for external and internal purposes

  • Calculation of allocation keys used to distribute costs in SUB Division internally and cross-entity

  • Active involvement in month closing activities

  • Calculation of amounts of allocated costs

  • Processing of relevant bookings

  • Daily cost tracking and early identification of potential irregularities

  • Maintenance of cost centres and P&L accounts for cost allocations

  • Ownership of relevant expense restatement cases (identification of required bookings, calculation and submission)

  • Annual cost allocations budgeting

  • Acting as point of contact for cost allocations-related ad-hoc queries

  • Preparing and reconciling data for cross-entity (intra-group) cost invoicing

  • Ongoing enhancements of existing processes and mitigation of related risks

  • Collaboration with partners across multiple functions (e.g. accounting, Front Office controllers, etc.)

As Finance Business Partner you will be involved in:

  • Reporting related to one of SUB Support Units (e.g. COO, Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations)

  • Standard monthly cost and headcount reports

  • Routine and ad-hoc analyses of cost trends and its main drivers

  • Providing monthly forecasts

  • Maintenance of cost accruals, cost centre structures and budget calculations for covered area

  • Support for cost-saving initiatives

  • Ownership of relevant expense restatement cases (identification of required bookings, calculation and submission)

  • Ongoing enhancements of existing processes and mitigation of related risks

  • Collaboration with partners across multiple functions (e.g. accounting, HR, payroll)

You Offer


  • You have 3-5 years of experience within banking, finance or financial accounting

  • You hold university degree in finance, economics or related (as primary or secondary field of studies)

  • You demonstrate proven MS Office skills (especially practical Excel knowledge, VBA would be beneficial)

  • Analytical skills and holistic thinking, flair for data and figures are necessary

  • You are service oriented and reliable person with drive to develop

  • You are fluent in English (oral and written)

  • You show very good communication skills including ability to efficiently lead business meetings and calls

  • You are able and eager to take leadership of complex tasks or processes requiring coordination of several individuals or functions

  • High motivation for professional development is required
