Slovenian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Slovenian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

No previous customer support experience is required — we provide fully paid training and all the support you need to succeed in the role.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive customer experience

• Identify and assess customers' needs

• Handle general inquiries and provide product support

• Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and tickets

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional, timely support

• Fluent Slovenian

• Good command of English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and develop

• Previous customer support experience is not required
