Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian and English
Fully remote position (Poland based)
Salary: 44 PLN gross per hour, we offer an employment contract or mandate contract.
Monthly salary: 7000–8000 PLN gross.
Additional bonus:
- • 5500 PLN gross relocation bonus if you are moving to Poland (Around 1298 EUR divided into 3 monthly payments)
The position is based on an equivalent working time system.
Foundever is looking for new employees for a project related to healthcare and medical devices supporting patients with diabetes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer service and assisting with resolving issues related to product (glucometers)
- Working towards achieving customer satisfaction targets set by managers
An ideal candidate:
- Is fluent in Slovenian (C2) and has communicative level of English (B1)
- Is available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00
- Demonstrates professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Wants to work in an international environment
- Can use a computer with ease and knows general application of MS Office tools
- Is motivated and eager to develop their career
