Solutions Consultant (Slovenian & English)

€1,485 gross per month + relocation assistance
Are you fluent in Slovenian and English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our growing international team in Sofia as a Solutions Consultant and help customers get the most out of our products and services.
What You'll Do
• Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
• Use CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and internal tools to manage customer interactions
• Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets
• Troubleshoot issues using established procedures and knowledge bases
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve processes
• Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments

• Fluent Slovenian and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
