Your Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to customers using medical devices.
• Troubleshoot product and device-related issues.
• Guide customers on product features and functionality.
• Coordinate repair and replacement processes when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.
• Accurately document customer interactions while following company procedures and compliance standards.
Working Hours
• Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00–18:30
• No weekend work
What We're Looking For
• Fluency in Spanish (C2) and English (B2).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Previous customer service, technical support, or call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential.
