Our client is a privately held global investment firm managing over €90 billion in assets worldwide. They partner with high-net-worth individuals and leading institutions, offering discretionary portfolio management built on long-term thinking, research excellence, and client trust.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Think relationship-builder, strategist, and trusted advisor.
  • Manage and grow long-term relationships with high-net-worth Swedish clients
  • Take ownership of a client portfolio valued at €100–150 million
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (research, trading, and investment policy)
  • Communicate market developments, portfolio performance, and investment strategy in a clear and confident way
  • Educate clients on financial markets and guide them through portfolio decisions
  • Continuously develop your expertise through advanced training and mentoring programs
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything — but you should be curious, driven, and client-focused.

Must-haves
  • 2–4 years’ experience in private banking, wealth management, or private client services
  • Native-level Swedish and fluent English
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and Nordic client needs
  • Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex ideas simply
  • High levels of professionalism, empathy, and relationship-building ability

Nice-to-haves
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • CFA (completed or in progress)
  • IMC or CISI Level 4 qualification
