DESCRIPTION
- Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email and chat, providing friendly and professional assistance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, guiding customers through solutions step-by-step.
- Document customer interactions, issues and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with peers and other departments to resolve complex cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying common issues and sharing feedback with the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or near-native Swedish speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills with a service-minded approach.
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively and work independently.
- Comfortable using social media, digital platforms and modern technology.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece and ability to relocate to Athens.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in an international team environment.
