Description

Minimum of 5 years experience in 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts, with mediterranean cuisine emphasis.

Ability to run a kitchen with minimum of 12 members.  

Ability to prepare half board basis (breakfast for 250-280 guests, and dinner for 180-220 on buffet basis).

High knowledge of ordering food,ingredients and planning 

Proficiency at cost controlling and calculations of daily consumptions per guest   

Expected to work with team and be hands on with direct help in preparations, cooking and tasting 

High knowledge of Ala carte kitchen and show cooking. 

Preferably with an EU citizenship
