Customer Service Representative | Alicante (Spain) - START DATE 7th of September

On behalf of our client in Alicante, we are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives. Start date: 7 September 2026 — this is a fixed date, no earlier and no later availability.
What you get
- Salary: €2,094.66 gross per month (€25,135.88 gross per year)
- Contract: Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period
- Working hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday — no weekend shifts
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 - 18:00
- Training: 2 weeks of mandatory on-site training in Alicante
- Hybrid work: Once you achieve 100% of your KPI targets, you can work hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days from home). If targets are not met, you continue working fully on-site until they are
Location: Modern office - Alicante city centre, near the airport, and in front of the port — with a fitness centre and restaurants on site
Relocation: Choose between two options:
Option 1: 2 months of shared accommodation in Alicante + travel reimbursement up to €500 (flight) or €250 (car)
Option 2: Arrange your own accommodation and receive a €1,500 relocation bonus (paid with your second salary) + the same travel reimbursement
Support: Help with your first registration with Spanish Social Security (note: this requires a valid EU/EEA passport — ID cards are not accepted)
Extra benefits: Meal vouchers (tax-exempt up to €11 per working day) and supplementary health insurance covering you and your family, also tax-advantaged
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of a major international retail chain. You'll handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, including:
Product availability in specific stores
Store opening hours and holiday schedules
Store locations and directions
General questions about products, promotions, and services
Your goal: fast, clear, customer-focused solutions, delivered in a professional and positive way.

- The right to live and work in Spain, with a valid EU/EEA passport (ID cards are not accepted for the registration process)
