DESCRIPTION
As a customer service agent you'll be the first point of contact between the company and Dutch customers. You'll be in charge of guaranteeing exceptional experiences. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Answer calls and email to resolve the customers' issues
- Give accurate information by using the proper procedures (provided during initial training)
- Reply to customers' questions in a friendly and professional manner
- Meet the customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
- Be responsible for following the direction of the management and providing feedback
REQUIREMENTS
- You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (strong B2).
- Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Good online communication and customer handling skills.
- You are a quick learner and highly motivated.
