What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat - TBC).
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
  • Assist clients with booking, modifying, and canceling travel arrangements.
  • Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service delivery.
  • Collect and report customer feedback for service improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Have at least 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service
  • You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
  • Having GDS experience is a plus
